Donor-Advised Funds
A donor-advised fund (DAF) is an excellent option for community members who want to make a meaningful impact while enjoying flexibility and tax benefits. With a DAF, you can donate assets like cash or stocks, receive an immediate tax deduction, and then take your time deciding which charities or causes to support. It's a simple way to manage your charitable giving over time, allowing your contributions to grow tax-free until you're ready to make grants.
Setting up a DAF is easy, and it’s an ideal tool for individuals looking to strategically plan their philanthropy as they begin or expand their giving efforts.
If you plan to give through a DAF, please contact the advancement office.
