Yes. Tickets range from $50 to $1,500. Certain levels come with a tax-deductible portion, which is a donation to the Bertschi Blooms campaign. Please note the registration deadline is Friday, February 13.

If you are a family who receives financial aid, a special code is available for you through Michele. If cost is a barrier to attend, please contact Rose as we have a limited number of sponsored tickets available at this time. 

When you register, you can request who you would like to sit with, or indicate the table group you are a part of. You also do not need to be part of a group–we will try our best to seat you with grade-level parents/guardians. This is a great opportunity to be in community with others, see familiar faces, and to make new friends.

Parents, guardians, caregivers, and friends/family members are all invited. We are also warmly inviting our faculty/staff and alumni community. Please note the event is adults-only.

We’re celebrating our 50th anniversary and raising funds for the Bertschi Blooms campaign. All gifts made towards this event will help underwrite our upcoming campus construction project. The evening’s program will feature remarks from head of school Raymond Yu, our founder Brigitte Bertschi, two special current student speakers, and an alumni student speaker.

The event is about both the community celebration of 50 years as well as the opportunity to support the Bertschi Blooms campaign. Simply by being present with, you are supporting the vision and mission of the school. We want you there! We are grateful for your presence first and foremost, and then any and all gifts that our community is inspired to give. 

There are a few ways to support the event. Certain ticket levels come with a tax-deductible portion, which is a donation to Bertschi Blooms. At the event, the raffle is a simple, low-cost way to support the campaign. During dinner, the raise the paddle will include a wide range of levels from $50 up. 

If you cannot attend, but wish to support it, you can make a donation in lieu of attendance and it will count towards the total raised on March 5.

If you want to support the campaign outside of or in advance of the event, you are welcome to contact Rose. The Bertschi Blooms campaign continues after the event, so support after March 5 is welcome and needed!
 

We have a number of raffle packages that include travel opportunities, private dining events, live music packages, and more. All of our items are connected to a current or former Bertschi community member! Raffle tickets will be offered during the cocktail reception and the winners will be drawn during the dinner program. You can buy as many raffle tickets as you want, and proceeds go entirely to the Bertschi Blooms campaign. This is a great way to anonymously support the event while getting lucky with some really exciting prizes!

A raise the paddle is an activity which raises funds for a specific area of need. As there are no physical items being auctioned, every dollar you give is tax-deductible. All funds raised during the paddle will directly support the Bertschi Blooms campaign. Our emcee will start the bidding and offer opportunities to give in incremental amounts, starting with the highest level. When you are ready to bid, please raise your bid card and hold it high until your number is acknowledged.

In most cases, your credit card on file will be charged after the event and you will receive an acknowledgment letter via email.

If you wish to pay via another method, such as through a donor-advised fund, please contact Rose in advance.

Contributions to the raffle and raise the paddle are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

The evening includes hors d’oeuvres, a special signature cocktail sponsored by a Bertschi business, and dinner and dessert catered by Kaspars. The menu can be found here. Vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan options are available for all courses.

Yes! Tables are for 9. You can purchase the tickets yourself and let us know who is sitting with you,  or make a note in registration about the additional guests you anticipate sitting with you. Or, contact Rose for more information.

The attire is festive. No need to buy something new...dress up to be colorful, bold, and fun! Florals are encouraged to celebrate Bertschi Blooms.

We will have valet parking for all at Block 41.
