Application Process: September - January

Attend a parent/guardian school tour or open house

Complete Preliminary Application and application fee (or waiver code) via Ravenna by Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 12:00 PM

Submit Parent/Guardian Statement via Ravenna

Sign Up for Parent/Guardian Conversation on Zoom

Delegate Teacher Evaluation Form to one current teacher via Ravenna

Request Student Records from current school (applicants to grades 1-5 only)

Schedule Applicant Visit
All application materials are due prior to the applicant visit. If application materials are not received, the applicant visit may be rescheduled.
Optional:
- Submit Financial Aid Application via Clarity (click here to learn more about financial aid)
- Deadline for new families: Monday, February 3, 2025
- Attend Reception for Families of Color
Please note: Bertschi School does not require testing as part of the admission process.
